
Born and raised in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Antione Strife had spent his early years drawing stick figures to the vivid stories of his over active imagination. A avid collector of Spiderman, X-men and Thor, Antione spent his summers with his grandparents in West Philadephia. He vividly remembers listening to the great mythology told by his grandfather. Ever since his earliest days, he loved drawing and story telling.
Antione, left Philadephia in 1992 to enlist in the US Navy. He learned team work, responsibility and how to drive a huge naval ship, as a Deck Seaman at the USS Lake Erie. However, He could not escape the allure of drawing and storytelling, He quickly began studying to become a comic artist, somewhat discouraged by his then limited drawing skill. He began by drawing every chance he had. From studying style like Jim Lee and Walt Simpson to reading mystery, horror and mythology novels, Antione's love of drawing and storytelling was uncontrollable. Antione soon sold his VC to get enough money to buy art materials and a used type writer. Once He began typing, he never stopped.
Antione left the Navy under honorable discharge. He decided to return PA but moved to Upper Darby, where he could study other art styles, and read different kinds of stories. "I became a student of life", He recalls. During this time He met his wife , Carol who beside being drop dead gorgeous, loves and supports him. Carrol and Antione married on March 1st and had their honeymoon in Kissimee, Florida. Antione and his wife is currently rooted in PA with hopes of moving to Florida some years from now.Antione then began posting his story Rain Of Gods on Dunk duck.com . His first book was published through Trafford.com in 2005.



His first comic, Rain Of Gods# 1, received wide acclaim and earned Antione Strife several rave reviews. Since that time, Antione Strife has created nearly a dozen works of art and has issue# 3 almost completed..
Antione Strife, is now working on his first video game which is due to be completed with in 2 years. "Antione's love of storytelling is infectious", said one loyal reader at a recent book signing, "Once you read one, you have to read all of His books".
